Return & Refund Policy

  1. No Return Policy

              Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our fresh organic produce, Suhriday Organic strictly enforces a No Return Policy.     

              We cannot accept the return of any delivered fresh vegetables for safety and hygiene reasons.

  1. Quality Claims and Resolution

                If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or significantly below standard, you may submit a claim for resolution:

  • Claim Window: Claims must be reported within 4 hours of the delivery time.
  • Required Proof: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged product along with your order number.
  • Resolution: Upon verification and approval of the claim, the compensation will be processed as follows:
  • Store Credit: A credit note for the value of the damaged item(s) will be issued to your Suhriday Organic account.
  • Discount: Additionally, we will provide a discount coupon to be used on your next purchase as compensation for the inconvenience.
  1. Non-Perishable Goods (Oils, Grains, etc.)
  • Returns or replacements for non-perishable items are accepted only if the product is delivered in a damaged, leaking, or incorrect condition.
  • A request for return or replacement must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled only if the request is received before the order status changes to “Processing” or “Shipped.”
  • If a cancellation is successful, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
