Unlike high-speed commercial mills that generate heat and strip the grain of its vital nutrients, our slow process keeps the temperature low. This preserves the essential oils, natural fibre, and all the goodness of the bran—resulting in a flour that is truly whole, easily digestible, and full of natural aroma.
