Suhriday Organic operates a dual shipping model based on product type:

- Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days of receiving the order.
- Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched to the 3PL partner.
- Delivery Timelines and Delays
- The estimated delivery time of 4-6 days is a general guideline. Delivery may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, local restrictions, or the policies of our third-party logistics partners.
- We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the 3PL partner. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving issues.
- Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order weight, and the chosen courier service
