2. Product Sourcing and Quality

• Organic Guarantee: We guarantee that all products listed as ‘Organic’ are sourced from our farm or other certified organic farmers across India. Our produce is 100% chemically-free and pesticide-free.
• Product Variance: Due to the nature of organic farming, product size, color, and appearance may vary slightly from website images.
• Liability: Suhriday Organic is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the improper handling, storage, or consumption of the products once delivered.

3. Pricing and Availability

• Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice based on market fluctuations. The price charged will be the price current at the time of order placement.
• Out of Stock: While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, if an item ordered is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer a suitable replacement, issue a refund for the item, or cancel the order portion.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

                These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms                                             shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [ Delhi].
